MindRove Kft. has won a €500,000 grant from XR2Industry’s first Open Call. XR2Industry is an EU‑funded project creating Europe’s XR platform for Industry 5.0, where people and smart machines partner under sustainability and resilience goals.“Our proposal stood out among hundreds of applicants as one of just seven beneficiaries, and we’re proud to be the only Hungarian company selected, alongside teams from Germany, France, Belgium, Greece and Italy,” said Zsófia Török, Head of Administration at MindRove.

While Industry 1.0 harnessed steam power, 2.0 electrified mass production, 3.0 brought in digital automation, and 4.0 connected factories through IoT and big data, Industry 5.0 adds the human touch, combining creativity and smart machines to deliver custom products, zero‑waste processes, and adaptive, eco‑friendly operations.

BIOHEX, MindRove’s winning project, will bring that vision to life over the next 15 months. The company is building a snap‑on set of wrist and ankle bands, plus a headband and chest strap that turns your movements, heartbeats, and even brain signals into natural controls for the Lynx‑R1 standalone headset. All sensors connect wirelessly—no controllers required.
