The SyncBox connects to your computer via USB and allows seamless synchronization of data from multiple MindRove devices. It emits a system-defined trigger signal to all connected devices every 5 seconds for precise data alignment.
You can synchronize any combination of MindRove devices, such as EEG, EMG, or a mix of both, providing flexibility in your data acquisition setup.
You can synchronize up to 4 MindRove devices simultaneously using the MindRove SyncBox.
You can access the synchronized raw data from the SyncBox using the MindRove SDK, which provides APIs for data acquisition and processing across various programming environments.
The SyncBox is powered via USB connection to the computer and does not require a separate battery. Therefore, its operational time is dependant upon the computer’s power supply.
EMG devices
The package includes the following items for all muscle sensor orders:

- WiFi adapter
Our muscle sensor devices are all equipped with a rechargeable Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery, providing an operational time of 4-6 hours on a full charge. The battery can be conveniently recharged via a microUSB charger port.

The headset package includes the following items for all orders of arc, bright or vision devices:

The headsets are equipped with a rechargeable Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery, providing an operational time of 4-6 hours on a full charge. The battery can be conveniently recharged via a microUSB charger port.
The semi-dry electrodes used in our EEG systems are made of conductive fabric embedded with platinum threads.
We recommend using saline solution to moisten your EEG device’s electrodes.

All Mindrove orders are shipped from the EU to destinations worldwide.
Mindrove holds an official contract with DHL International for both Export and Import Services, and as such, our standard procedure involves delivery through DHL. However, in the event that an end-user requests a different freight forwarding company (such as UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.), Mindrove may accommodate this request under certain conditions. Specifically, the client must have a valid Importing account with the chosen agency to cover all packaging, transportation, and clearance fees. In such cases, invoices from Mindrove will only reflect the net amount related to products and services provided, excluding shipping costs.
Shipping rates are based on the official pricelist of DHL International. Charges depend on the destination zone and the volumetric weight or size of the package. The delivery time can be up to 5 weeks from receipt of the official Purchase Order. However, if mutually agreed conditions permit, Mindrove and the end-user may arrange for a shorter delivery timeframe.

As clearly stated in all Mindrove offering and invoicing materials, our pricing is exclusive of VAT, and it is the responsibility of the end-user to handle any importing matters at their own expense. Certain entities such as Academic Institutions, European Projects, Scientific Organizations, and similar may qualify for VAT exemption, but this determination is solely within the jurisdiction of the receiving party.
Additionally, Mindrove cannot be held liable for any issues or charges arising from administrative or other importing procedures in the final destination country. While we provide practical assistance and necessary instructions/materials, our role is strictly to support the client in navigating these processes.
