Software

MindRove Connect on Windows

Use your single device or your SyncBox with your Windows computer

  • real-time data viewing and recording: raw EEG or EMG data live from up to 4 devices via the MindRove SyncBox
MindRove Connect on macOS

Use your single device or your SyncBox with your macOS computer

  • real-time data viewing and recording: raw EEG or EMG data live from up to 4 devices via the MindRove SyncBox
Visualizer on Desktop (deprecated)

not compatible with devices received after 2025.05.05.

Visualizer on Desktop is a standalone application which helps you to visualize and save the raw EEG or EMG stream. It is a bit simpler, less capable app than its successor, MindRove Connect (see below).

Windows | 64 bit

For devices received before 3 November 2021 if you have not updated your device’s firmware yet. We strongly reccomend to update the firmware.

Visualizer on Desktop – v.1.2.5.

SDK

The SDK provides direct access to MindRove devices in a number of different programming languages.

C++, C#, Python, Matlab
Windows | MacOS | Linux

SyncBox User Manual

instructions on using SynBox, including how to connect and use physical trigger inputs and outputs

NaviFlame

middle-sized AI system for detecting hand and finger motions from wearable sensor data

  • Record gestures with EMG data from the MindRove device.
  • Fine-tune a hybrid Deep Learning plus MLP model for the user (only the MLP part has to be fine-tuned making the process super quick)
  • Real-time AI inference and display of gesture predictions.
  • A Unity-based application that visualizes data sent from NaviFlame via a socket.
Visualizer on Android (mobile)

record brain and muscle activity anywhere, anytime

  • real-time data viewing: monitor raw EEG or EMG data live
  • mobile data storage: save raw data directly to your mobile device
  • trigger markers: add trigger markers for accurate data analysis
ROS (Robot Operating Systems)

Unofficial

This unofficial ROS2 integration provides a simple way to stream and process MindRove device data within the ROS ecosystem. It allows developers to access EMG and EEG signals in real time and integrate them into robotics or human–machine interface applications.

Note: This integration is not officially supported by MindRove. Use it only for experimental purposes.
For production or custom ROS systems, please use the official MindRove SDK to build your own integration.
